WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?

T his role is to deliver exemplary guest experience during both banquet setup and service, in accordance with the Banquet Event Orders.

• Prepares banquet areas for meals and coffee services.
• Interacts professionally with guests, delivering positive and professional service during all food services
• Serves customers according to standards and liquor laws; maintains a clean bar, service area and bus bar items.
• Assists with general cleaning, organizing storage rooms, small wares inventory.
