WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

The Manager of Culture and Learning helps create the environment that inspires our people to deliver unforgettable moments for every guest who visits. By cultivating a vibrant culture rooted in purpose, collaboration, and fun, you bring our service philosophy to life and ensure our team members feel empowered, engaged, and excited to be part of the journey.
  • Designing and leading engaging training experiences that inspire service excellence and reinforce the connection between team member engagement and memorable guest experiences.
  • Developing and maintaining a Guest & Employee Experience Strategy, using insights, feedback, and service trends to strengthen our culture of hospitality.
  • Ensuring departments have the tools, resources, and training needed to consistently deliver extraordinary service and achieve organizational goals.
  • Championing a positive, high-performing workplace environment where teams feel supported, empowered, and equipped to do their best work.
  • Creating and delivering programs, events, and learning opportunities that bring team members together around purpose, connection, and fun, fostering strong engagement, retention, and return seasons.
  • Cultivating collaboration across departments to bring our mission to life and elevate the overall resort experience for both guests and team members.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

We are looking for someone who brings both strategic thinking and a passion for people-someone who believes great culture is the foundation of exceptional service.
  • 8-10 years of leadership experience, ideally within tourism, hospitality, or guest-focused environments.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and service leadership skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to connect culture, service excellence, and operational results.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret feedback and trends, turning insights into meaningful improvements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a natural ability to notice and resolve potential guest or employee experience detractors.
  • A deep appreciation for the values of authenticity, purpose, collaboration, and empowerment.
