WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
The Manager, Guest Services & Rentals sets the stage of the guest and employee experience journey-setting the cultural tone, inspiring your team, and ensuring every guest experience is seamless and memorable. This leadership role blends operational excellence with people-first leadership. You'll oversee the operational, financial, and employee performance of the Guest Services & Rentals department, while championing high standards of service, memorable experiences, and meaningful team engagement.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
The Manager, Guest Services & Rentals sets the stage of the guest and employee experience journey-setting the cultural tone, inspiring your team, and ensuring every guest experience is seamless and memorable. This leadership role blends operational excellence with people-first leadership. You'll oversee the operational, financial, and employee performance of the Guest Services & Rentals department, while championing high standards of service, memorable experiences, and meaningful team engagement.
- Leading the daily operation of Guest Services & Rentals, ensuring team members consistently deliver exceptional service and memorable guest interactions.
- Setting the cultural tone for revolutionary guest experiences by uniting your team around purpose, fun, and accountability.
- Fostering strong collaboration across resort departments, building trusted relationships that drive seamless guest experiences.
- Overseeing departmental performance, including labour management, scheduling, guest experiences, and a revenue portfolio of $5M+.
- Analyzing trends and performance, preparing reports, enforcing policies, and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensuring operational readiness by aligning resources, developing training, and maintaining clear communication that supports service delivery and achieves OKRs.
- Designing and delivering engaging programming and training and onboarding that promotes employee engagement, retention, and return rates.
- Supporting talent growth by participating in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and development of both frontline employees and leaders.
- Leveraging technology and systems to streamline processes, manage guest information, and enhance service quality.
- Planning and managing seasonal inventory, ensuring ticketing, passes, and rental supplies are appropriately available.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
We're looking for a confident, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced service environment. You bring:
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience, ideally in hospitality, resort, tourism, or service-based environments.
- Natural leadership skills with a genuine passion for developing people and building strong, high-performing teams.
- College or University-level education, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Hands-on experience developing, leading, and executing processes within a customer-focused service environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a guest-first mindset.
