A little about this position:

• Reporting to the Director of Slope Maintenance, incumbent is responsible for any and all snow cat grooming on Mammoth Mountain.
• Oversees all operations of Slope Maintenance department including but not limited to equipment and employees.
• Coordinates maintenance of any and all machines with Garage Facility.
• Provides scheduling of all snow cat operators.
• Responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of a rigorous training program.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of the SnowSat fleet management system, including the development and implementation of reporting tools.
• Manages construction projects, including the coordination of outside contractors.
• Must manage fuel, wages and repair cost within budgetary guidelines set by department head.
• Responsible for any or all other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• 3-4 years on snow cat operations experience.
• 2-3 years management experience preferred.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including day, swing, and grave shifts.
• Possession of a commercial driving license, including HAZMAT endorsements.

Pay: $80,213.49 - $84,825.66 per year
