A little about this position:

• Assists the Owner Relations Manager in establishing, cultivating, and managing the unique relationships in the Mammoth Lodging Collection rental program.
• Assists in making owner reservations, answering inquires, and owner billing.
• Fills in for Owner Relations Manager when not on property.
• Works closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Property Management teams to fulfil owner requests.

Requirements:

• College degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in hospitality or property management.
• Strong guest service, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Professional demeanor, attitude, and appearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of Visual One or comparable property management systems preferred.

Hourly pay rate: $20.00 to $21.47
