A little about this position:
- Oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of the Hotel, including Front Desk, Guest Services, and Housekeeping.
- Responsible for maintaining Westin brand standards.
- Assumes duties of the General Manager in the GM's absence.
- Responsible for financial, employee, and guest service goals for the hotel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Resort Management preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel/resort management, with at least three (3) years in a leadership role within the rooms division.
- Strong knowledge of front office, housekeeping, and reservations operations.
- Proficient Spanish speaking is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in the hospitality industry and direct guest service organizations
- Strong working knowledge of business software with emphasis on MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and Lightspeed.
- Professional demeanor, attitude, and appearance.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to effectively communicate to guests, employees, and management.
- Ability to perform under pressure and with deadlines.
- Ability to solve problems using common sense and hotel policy.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills.
Pay: $85,489.17 - $90,916.88 per year
