A little about this position:

• Oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of the Hotel, including Front Desk, Guest Services, and Housekeeping.
• Responsible for maintaining Westin brand standards.
• Assumes duties of the General Manager in the GM's absence.
• Responsible for financial, employee, and guest service goals for the hotel.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Resort Management preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel/resort management, with at least three (3) years in a leadership role within the rooms division.
• Strong knowledge of front office, housekeeping, and reservations operations.
• Proficient Spanish speaking is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in the hospitality industry and direct guest service organizations
• Strong working knowledge of business software with emphasis on MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and Lightspeed.
• Professional demeanor, attitude, and appearance.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to effectively communicate to guests, employees, and management.
• Ability to perform under pressure and with deadlines.
• Ability to solve problems using common sense and hotel policy.
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills.

Pay: $85,489.17 - $90,916.88 per year
