POSITION SUMMARY
The Front Desk Supervisor will oversee, collaborate with and support Front Desk Agents during shifts. This role will call for a strong understanding of Resort offerings and familiarity with the surrounding area, any existing knowledge is a plus. Ideal candidates will be outgoing, empathetic, diplomatic, customer service oriented and experienced, proactive problem solvers, have sharp attention to detail, great multi-taskers, meticulous, computer literate and be excellent partners to team. This is a year-round, benefit eligible role, compensated at $23.00/hour.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Enforce Front Desk protocols, policies, and hard-blocking procedures
- Monitor and respond to all guest communications (text, email, phone, in-person) and concierge requests
- Ensure reservations are prepaid and folios are settled to $0 at checkout
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in reservations and service logs
- Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Front Desk Manager
- Anticipate and prevent guest and facility issues
- Lead timely, professional, and empathetic resolution of guest complaints
- Support Front Desk Agents during service
- Issue employee keys
- Additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma, or equivalent, required
- Previous Front Desk and Supervisory experience, preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Access and Power Point).
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
